For hardware, membership or trial must be canceled, and the return initiated through the WHOOP app. Authorized Reseller purchases must be returned to the original point of sale. Social media shop purchases, like those from TikTok, require initiating the return within the respective account. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the return is received at the warehouse. WHOOP Your Way custom bands are not eligible for return.
